The Express Shuttle is a minibus service and departures go from the Express Shuttle booth in Section 5, outside the Baggage Reclaim area.

Hotel Shuttle Buses

Many of Jacksonville's hotels offer courtesy airport pickups for those who have a reservation at their establishment or who call from the airport. It is best to inquire about this service with your hotel in advance of your arrival.

Taxi Cabs

The airport's official taxi cab company, Gator City Taxi, provides services to and from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX).
